Our export process is designed for transparency, reliability, and international compliance. From sourcing to delivery, every step is documented and buyer-visible.
Our structured export pipeline ensures every lot meets international standards and arrives at your warehouse as expected.
We source directly from smallholder farmers and cooperative washing stations in the Keffa Zone and other premium Ethiopian regions.
Our sourcing team builds direct relationships with farmers to ensure consistent supply and fair pricing. We prioritize traceable, single-origin lots.
Green coffee is processed at certified washing stations using either washed or natural processing methods before careful drying.
Washed coffees are fermented 36–72 hours and dried 10–14 days on raised beds. Natural coffees are dried whole 18–25 days with regular turning.
Hulled green beans are sorted by size, density, and color to meet ECX grading standards. Both machine and hand sorting used.
We use density tables, screen sizes (13/14/15/16+), and color sorters. Defect count verified per 300g sample before grade assignment.
Every approved lot undergoes our six-stage quality control process including moisture testing, defect analysis, and cupping evaluation.
Our Q-graders evaluate each lot. Optional SGS third-party inspection available. Only lots that pass all quality gates are approved for export.
Approved green coffee is packed in GrainPro inner bags within jute or sisal outer bags, clearly labeled with lot number and origin.
